About Hurricane Heat

Hurricane Heat is a unique individual and team-building experience designed to test each athlete’s physical and mental toughness. Participants will be assigned a team upon arrival and will be expected to work together to complete any and all challenges set before them, as a team. You can’t finish alone. A balance between team building and individualism, Hurricane Heat utilizes tactics similar to those of the Special Operations groups of various Military Branches to select the most qualified Spartans to lead a team. Those who are selected and are capable of getting their squadron across the elusive finish will have earned their place among the few. Dominate the course like the good founders intended. There are no timing chips, no clock, just a fun run Spartan-style that represents what our company and our athletes are about…getting up when you’re knocked down and finishing what you start. And Burpees, lots of burpees. Must be 18 or older to participate in Hurricane Heat.

Race Change/Defer/Transfer/Refund

Accepted Answer

You can change/defer/transfer your race to another person, race or both. Refund for personal circumstances and cancellation due to natural disasters is not acceptable. Thank you for understanding.

- Athlete Guide Sent about a week before the race date. This includes everything you need to know about the race day, including the updated event schedule, course & festival details, transport & parking instructions, cut-off times and more. - Waiver (Signed upon online registration and race day check-in) - E-ticket or QR/Barcode & Start Time

Arrival & Heat Times

Please plan to arrive 90 minutes before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet, drop your stuff at bag check, and get warmed up. WHAT TO BRING - Photo ID - E-ticket with your start-time information - Towel - Sanitary Bag - Spare Clothes/Shoes - Sun protection cream WHAT NOT TO BRING - Glass Bottle Beverage (non-alcohol/alcohol) - Tent - Pets - No Interference
