You need some help to train for your next Spartan race? You want to share with other runners and get advice from our coaches and ambassadors? Spartan Workouts are for you!
What is it ?
Spartan Workouts are outdoor training sessions organized in different French cities. Each Workout lasts around 1h30 and starts from a partner gym. A Spartan SGX coach, an officially-trained obstacle course specialist, will take you through a variety of exercises: running, cardio, strength, flexibility, coordination... everything you need to prepare yourself properly!
These Spartan training sessions are free and open to all, no matter your level. People who are not registered for a Spartan race are also welcome.
