Arrivée et vague de départ

Prévoir d'arriver 90 minutes avant ton heure de départ. Tu auras ainsi suffisamment de temps pour te garer, récupérer ton package coureur, déposer tes affaires au bag check et t'échauffer. Vague de départ Spartan Race fonctionne avec des départs par vague de 150 à 200 athlètes toutes les 15 minutes.Choisis bien ton heure de départ en fonction de ton niveau, de ta team et de tes objectifs. Ne pars pas dans les dernières vagues si tu estimes que tu auras des difficultés à finir le parcours. En cas de doute, tu peux consulter ton horaire de départ sur ta confirmation d'inscription et ton compte Spartan ou la modifier. Ton heure de départ exacte est indiquée sur votre code-barres et sera publiée dans ton Spartan Account environ 10 jours avant la date de l'événement. You'll battle through open fields, dense single-track trails, and steep ridgelines under the Hawaiian sun.
